How does monitoring work?It’s simple, once your alarm has been installed, you may activate your alarm system. The system is linked to our monitoring station by your home or business phone line (nowadays, if no phone line is available, monitoring with VOIP and/or cellguard back-up is also available). If intrusion occurs, the alarm is then activated and sounds. When the station receives signal, the station first calls you to confirm there is a problem. If no answer the station calls your local emergency agency for dispatch. Our operators are ready to answer to any emergency call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |
